Frequently Asked Questions​

At A-Cube Microsystems, we take care of the following for you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The cleaners are covered by workman insurance from the cleaning company or employer
  • The cleaners are Singaporeans, PRs or legal work permit holders
  • The cleaners have mandatory employer CPF contribution from the cleaning company or employer so that they are eligible for Government Workfare Bonus
  • The cleaning company is licensed by NEA
  • The cleaners have NEA certified certs (or will be trained in NEA courses)
  • The cleaners are entitled to benefits such as annual leave, sick leave and hospitalisation leave etc
  • The cleaners are issued KETs (Key Employment Terms) and monthly payslips
  • The cleaners are entitled to mandatory annual bonus upon completion of 1 year
  • The cleaning company will fill in and submit IR8A forms for the cleaners

These are the legal requirements in Singapore.

MOM, CPF Board and NEA have intensified their audits and checks on all cleaning companies (as well as any company using the cleaning services) so it is important that we share with you.
